If your vehicle doesn’t appear in the search, it isn’t in Freeway’s system — it may have been towed by a different company or by the police. The lookup only shows vehicles towed by Freeway Towing & Storage.

If We Have Your Vehicle: What to Know Before You Come

• Release hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:30 PM. The dispatch line is 24/7 for questions, but vehicle releases happen at the yard during those hours.
• Bring a valid photo ID plus your current registration or a title with your name on it. We cannot accept insurance cards as proof of ownership, open titles, or temporary registration — knowing this ahead of time saves you a second trip.
• Impound releases are cash or Zelle only — credit and debit cards are not accepted for releases.
• Personal belongings can be retrieved at no charge, during the same hours and with the same documents.
